How we handle grievances

  1. Acknowledge — we aim to acknowledge within [2] business days.
  2. Review — we look into your concern fairly and in good faith.
  3. Respond — we aim to give you an outcome within [7–14] business days; complex matters may take longer, and we'll keep you informed.
